Month of Rajab - Fasting

Reminder that it is admirable (but not obligatory) to fast the 13th, 14th, and 15th days (the "white" days) of the month of the Islamic lunar calendar. Did you know that the 13th of the month in the lunar month of Rajab? Rajab is the month before Shaban which is the month before Ramadan! Fast to reap that reward and gain ajr in'sha'Allah!

And when intended to fast pray -

Allahumma inni laka sumtu wa bika aamantu wa ‘ala rizq-ika aftarthu

O Allah! I fasted for You and I believe in You and I  break my fast with Your sustenance

After breaking fast - pray

Wa bisawmi ghadinn nawaiytu min shahri rajab

I intended to fast in month of rajab.
